No Refunds or Returns
All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any merchandise purchased, regardless of the reason. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Jamesriverhorses@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues with genuinely defective items.
6. Payment Processing
Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize JRHF to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount, including any applicable shipping fees.

7. Shipping
Shipping is handled by JRHF staff. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping times and costs vary by location. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
JRHF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and transferred to the carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation for valuable orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JRHF, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the materials on the website or the merchandise purchased.
