Rebecca Owens is a very special young woman who spent five years as one of the eight original female participants in our program. Since her release in January of 2024, Rebecca Owens has achieved a great deal of personal success and is now employed by Radford University. Becky attributes the JRHF to “acquiring a unique set of management skills” and giving her a “safe space of acceptance, healing and growth”. She recognizes that the time at JRHF gave her perseverance on her recover journey. Becky is now passionately helping others and working in the collegiate recovery community
