C Rs Mandate “Manny” came to JRHF on August 5,2026 through a partnership with Aftercare Charles Town (ACT). This attractive gelding came to barn 4 to rest and rehab from life on the racetrack. This dark bay 8 year old is a great addition to our rehabilitation progrma and is enjoying the love and care at the barn.
