Mickey’sinthehouse (“Mouse” as the women are calling her) came to JRHF through a partnership with Aftercare Charles Town (ACT). This attractive young mare has come to barn 4 to rest and rehab from life on the racetrack. After a period of time she was returned to to another ACT partner facility and adopted. We are thrilled to add another learning opportunity to the women’s curriculum and partner with other organizations to care for horses.
